Topic1: Should taxes on people making over $250,000 a year be changed?

Overthe years, the gap between the rich and the poor has been gettingwider and wider. I choose this topic because I think that the gapbetween the rich and the poor should be reduced. One of the waysthrough which this can be done is by taxing the rich more. Theaudience for this research topic is the congress and other lawmakerswho can make this happen by enacting laws that will ensure peopleearning more than $250,000 a year are taxed more. In this discussion,I support that taxes on people making more than $250,000 a yearshould be changed.

Homeschooling has gained recognition for the past few years. Homeschooling is allowed in all the states of the United States. However, recent research has shown that 25 states have no laws that regulatehome schooling. This is the reason why I choose this topic. Thistopic affects the parents and children who have taken up homeschooling. It also affects the states that have not enacted laws toregulate home schooling. In this discussion, I will support that theregulations for home schools be changed, particularly in the statesthat do not have any laws regulating school homes.
