Thereare sixteen personality types outlined by Myers-Briggs that are basedon four dichotomies that uses the initials (INTJ) which meansintroversion, intuition, thinking and judgment to focus on thecharacter of different people which depends on the dynamicinteractions, environment and their own individual tendencies. Theyprovide functions that dictate how people live, take information andmake decisions.

Anintrovert holds the characteristics of being quiet and reserved, notspeaking much and to a few people as they imitate first before actingand tends to view the arbitrator of reality that defines externalsand defines a person against thought and prospect of others. Theyrequire more time privately as they reflect first on a given issuethen tends to act on it. In addition, they receive information withinthemselves, which defines the essential part of receiving thestimulation or from the external sources. On the other hand, extroverts act firstbefore they reflect and cannot be set aside out of the outside world,as they are very open and motivated where they appreciate everychange.

It focuses on the bigger picture than fewer details andrealities as provided and work more on something that is theoreticalthan actual. Thinking enhances rational andhonest principles that place an importance on issues that aremodified as they consider other people`s motive.

Finally,judgment is a way that an individual or a team of people reaches adecision concerning a given part or planning many of the details inproceed before moving into action. When making a judgment one has toadjust to changing situations that make him or her feel limitedwithout change and involve every stakeholder in making decisions. Infact, no human has all the necessary information knowledge to qualifyliving alone. This explains the reason people need to consult eachother prior to making important decisions. When knowledgeable personscontribute to making decisions, the value of information is highcompared to that of an individual. Judging also focuses ontask-related work complete important segments before moving on, itworks best in avoidance of pressure when able to keep in front ofdeadlines. Logically, people use targets, dates, and usual routinesto deal with life in coming up with a credible judgment when facedwith problems.
